Aromatherapy Blends
All of our aromatherapy blends are specially formulated to leave your senses stimulated!
We use only pure and natural essential oils to create our refreshing scents.
The following is a list of the four custom blends that we presently offer;
Rejuvenate: A refreshingly citrus-based scent that combines lemongrass, bergamot and mint as well as other pure essentials to create an uplifting and rejuvenating feeling.
Comfort: A stress-releasing combination that sensually blends together the essential oils of jasmine, clary sage and other essentials that will leave you comforted, renewed and relaxed.
Restoration: A grounding, stress-releasing and calming blend that combines the beautiful woody scent of sandalwood, ylang ylang and other essentials creating a sense of balance and contentment.
Sweet Dreams: An uplifting scent that combines lavender and chamomile as well as other pure essentials to promote restful sleep as well as a relaxing atmosphere.

Your Team
Your team will consist of two uniformed, bonded and insured employees who are well-trained, consistent, motivated and friendly.
The team leader is responsible for safety and final checks to ensure that you’re getting the best service.
Our employees are part of a working team environment that is valued deeply.
Immaculate Interiors offers all employees great pay, perks, a fun-loving environment, dignity and above all, respect.

Your Security
Your security is of utmost importance to us. All employees are trained to keep all keys and codes in a designated and safe place.
Each employee is trained to conduct a 'safe check' completing a cleaning service.
This safe check consists of making sure that all doors used as a means of our access are secured as well as ensuring that all stoves, heat elements and taps are turned off.

Your Privacy
Your privacy is sacred and we take all precautions to keep it that way.
All staff members are bonded, insured and background checked before commencing work with us.
All employees are also required to sign a confidentiality agreement upon accepting employment to ensure your ultimate privacy.
No employee is permitted to open cupboards, cabinets, desks or anything similar, unless requested to, for privacy reasons.

Workspace Safety
Our employees are all insured by Work safe BC. To ensure the safety and health of our employees, we do not lift any furniture or appliances that are deemed too heavy.
If you require cleaning under or behind and heavy objects, please have them moved prior to our service.

Accidental Breakage
In the unlikely event of any breakage or loss, Immaculate Interiors is insured and bonded for such issues. If something should break, we will inform you right away, however if we are unaware of an incident, we ask that you file your complaint within 24 hours of the incident. We are committed to your happiness and take every precaution to avoid and such issues.
To avoid any breakage issues, we train our employees to work at a reasonable speed, thus ensuring quality work and less breakage and/or personal injury.

Payments
Immaculate Interiors bills monthly during the first week of the month following services rendered.
We e-mail, fax or mail all bills and payments can be made by cheque within 15 days of your invoice.

Scheduled Arrival Times
Immaculate Interiors values your time.
We will make every effort to arrive at your scheduled time, however due to traffic and unforeseen circumstances,
we ask that you allow up to 1 hour grace period either way.

Cancellations/Service Amendments/Additions
We, at Immaculate Interiors understand that you have busy life!
If you need to cancel, reschedule or add a service, please give us 48 hours in advance either by e-mail or phone, and we'll be glad to make amendments.
